Recipients must verify their identity with their ID card through Krungthai Bank channels, including:

• At Krungthai Bank branches, inform staff to verify your identity.
• At Automatic Teller Machines (ATM) displaying the Confirm ID symbol of Krungthai Bank.  

Except for those who have already verified their identity with the government program or through Krungthai Bank channels previously.

1. Touch the blue bar area on the screen to select services.
2. Choose "Verify Identity / Welfare Rights."
3. Select "Krungthai Bank Identity Verification."
4. Press "Acknowledge and Confirm" to verify card ownership.
5. Choose "Consent" to disclose information and proceed with identity verification.
6. Insert your ID card, then press "Next."
7. Wait for data verification.
8. Select "Finish identity verification," take your ID card, and continue on the "Pao Tang" app.

1. Select the menu "Transactions with ID card."
2. Choose "Identity Verification Service."
