Program "Thai Help Thai Plus" Facing the crisis together, the program aims to assist people affected by the energy crisis stemming from the conflict in the Middle East, alleviating expenses and preserving the purchasing power of the public.
The program allows the general public to register for the rights "Thai Help Thai Plus (60/40)" via the Paotang app. Registration for the public through the Paotang app starts from 25 to 29 May 2026, between 06:00 and 22:00.
1. Must be a Thai national.
2. Must be at least 18 years old on the registration day.
3. Must have a national ID card.
4. Must not be suspended or required to repay funds by the NESDC under any government projects including: (1) Half-Half Project (2) Half-Half Phase 2 (3) Half-Half Phase 3 (4) Half-Half Phase 4 (5) Half-Half Phase 5 and (6) Half-Half Plus.
5. Must not hold a state welfare card according to the Ministry of Finance database as of 18 May 2026.
The "Thai Help Thai Plus" program will assist and ease the impact for over 43 million people, divided into vulnerable groups via the state welfare card mechanism (13.18 million people) and the general public group (without state welfare cards), approximately 30 million rights.
State welfare card holders will receive 1,000 baht monthly for four months (1 June – 30 September 2026), with funds credited directly to their cards for use at Blue Flag stores without needing to re-register.
