Duration of the Thai Help Thai Plus (60/40) program

1. Opening registration for shops

  • For entrepreneurs who have previously participated in the Co-Payment Plus program, they can confirm their rights to join the Thai Help Thai Plus (60/40) program via the "Tung Ngern" application from 25 May to 30 September 2026.
  • For entrepreneurs who have never participated in the Co-Payment Plus program, they can register to join the Thai Help Thai Plus (60/40) program at branches of Krung Thai Bank Public Company Limited (Krung Thai Bank) from 25 May to 31 July 2026.

2. Opening registration for the public

From 25 May to 29 May 2026 (06:00 - 22:00) until the total of 30 million rights is reached or until the last registration day on 29 May 2026, whichever comes first.

3. Using the rights under the Thai Help Thai Plus (60/40) program

Eligible people can use the Thai Help Thai Plus (60/40) rights from 1 June to 30 September 2026 (06:00 - 23:00), to purchase food, beverages, goods, and services specified at participating stores.

4. Buying food or drinks via Food Delivery Platforms

For purchasing food or drinks through approved Food Delivery Platform service providers participating in the Thai Help Thai Plus (60/40) program via the "Pao Tang" app, rights can be used from 15 June to 30 September 2026 (06:00 - 21:00).

Conditions for participation in the Thai Help Thai Plus (60/40) program

Applicants wishing to receive rights can register from 25 to 29 May 2026 between 06:00 and 22:00.

  • Those who have previouslyreceived rights from the Co-Payment Plus program can register and check results via notifications on the Pao Tang app.
  • Those who have neverreceived rights from the Co-Payment Plus program can register and check results via SMS and notifications on the Pao Tang app.

Eligibility criteria for registration in the Thai Help Thai Plus (60/40) program

  • Must be a Thai national.
  • Must be at least 18 years old on the registration day.
  • Must have a national ID card.
  • Must not be a person whose rights have been suspended or called for refund in state projects such as (1) Co-Payment Phase 1, (2) Co-Payment Phase 2, (3) Co-Payment Phase 3, (4) Co-Payment Phase 4, (5) Co-Payment Phase 5, and (6) Co-Payment Plus.
  • Must not be a welfare cardholder according to the Ministry of Finance's database as of 18 May 2026.

Is "Thai Help Thai Plus" available to everyone?

The "Thai Help Thai Plus" program will assist and alleviate impacts for over 43 million people, divided into vulnerable groups through the welfare card system (state welfare cardholders) totaling 13.18 million people, and the general public group (without welfare cards) approximately 30 million rights.

Welfare cardholders will receive a monthly support amount of 1,000 baht for four months (1 June – 30 September 2026), credited directly to their cards for spending at designated shops without needing to re-register.

Conditions for using rights under the Thai Help Thai Plus (60/40) program

  • Before the first use of rights, recipients must check their remaining balance and the conditions of use.
  • In buying and selling goods or providing and receiving services, buyers and sellers must conduct transactions and scan QR codes face-to-face; transactions cannot be conducted online or through intermediaries by any method.
  • Rights can be used daily from 06:00 to 23:00.
  • Participants must not engage in any actions causing misunderstandings or obstructing the operation of any state measures or programs.
