How to download and verify identity on the G-Wallet app to prepare for Thai Chuay Thai Plus registration

If your G-Wallet app facial scan fails, what should you do? Check the solutions here.

Facial scan failure may result from several causes.

    1. Obstructions on the face make it unclear, such as wearing hats, glasses, or face masks. It is recommended to remove these before scanning again.
    2. Too much or too little light during scanning can cause unclear facial images. It is advised to change location to a well-lit area that is neither too bright nor too dark.
    3. Face is too far from the phone. Adjust the distance to clearly capture the face at an appropriate range.

If these recommendations do not help and facial scanning still fails, there are two alternative verification methods.

    1. Use your ID card and facial scan to verify identity at Krungthai Bank ATMs.
    2. Visit any Krungthai Bank branch during business hours. Some branches, especially those in shopping malls, may be open on holidays. You can call the branch directly or contact Krungthai Bank at 02-111-1111.
