Update the latest version of the Paotang app to stay ready. Prepare before the registration opens. "Thai Chuey Thai Plus" On 25 May 2026, to receive 4,000 baht in benefits.

Project progress update. "Thai Chuey Thai Plus" is a crisis relief initiative aimed at helping citizens affected by the energy crisis caused by conflicts in the Middle East, by easing expenses and preserving consumer purchasing power.

Regarding Thai Chuey Thai Plus, it will assist and alleviate the impact on over 43 million people, divided into vulnerable groups through the State Welfare Card (poor card) system with 13.18 million individuals, and general citizens (without the welfare card) with about 30 million rights.

The registration for general citizens to receive the "Thai Chuey Thai Plus (60/40)" program through the Paotang app will start from 25 to 29 May 2026, daily from 06:00 to 22:00.

Eligibility criteria for registering for Thai Chuey Thai Plus (60/40).

1. Must be a Thai national.

2. Must be at least 18 years old on the registration day.

3. Must have a national ID card.

4. Must not be suspended or required to refund money by the Fiscal Policy Office (FPO) in any government projects, including: (1) Co-payment Scheme Phase 1, (2) Phase 2, (3) Phase 3, (4) Phase 4, (5) Phase 5, and (6) Co-payment Plus Scheme.

5. Must not hold a State Welfare Card according to the Ministry of Finance database as of 18 May 2026.

How to download the Paotang app.

Download and installation steps.

1. Open the App Store or Google Play or Play Store.

2. Enter the search term "Paotang" in the search box.

3. Select GET or "Install"

8. Prepare for face scan.

• Press to scan your face.

10. Set a PIN code.

• Enter numbers to set a PIN for accessing Paotang.

11. Confirm PIN code.

• Re-enter the PIN to confirm.

• Check the box to accept terms and conditions (T&Cs Consent) and press agree.

13. Enter PIN code.

• Enter the PIN again to access the Paotang app.

How to register for G Wallet for users new to the service.

1. Open the "Paotang" app. "Paotang" Tap to register for G Wallet services and start registration.

2. Access the registration page.

3. View registration steps and required information; fields already provided will be marked with a green check and do not need re-entry.

4. Accept terms for all products and tap "Next"

5. Consent to data collection.

6. Follow the face scan steps provided.

7. Perform face scan.

8. Enter the number on the back of your ID card for verification with the Department of Provincial Administration.

9. Provide your address details.

10. Provide employment information.

11. Provide contact information.

12. Provide additional information.

13. Review information and tap "Next"

14. Review financial information.

15. Submit registration by tapping "Complete"

16. On Paotang main page, check your latest status; registration processing may take some time.

17. After successful G Wallet registration, a notification bar will show you can access G Wallet; tap the main page to use it.

Conditions for using rights under Thai Chuey Thai Plus (60/40).

• Before first use, beneficiaries must check remaining rights and usage conditions.
• Purchasing and selling goods or services must be face-to-face transactions with QR code scanning for payment; online or intermediated transactions are not allowed by any method.
• Rights can be used daily from 06:00 to 23:00.
• Participants must not engage in any actions that cause misunderstandings or obstruct any government measures or projects.
