Progress update "Thai Chua Thai Plus 60/40" project To alleviate the cost of living burden, a budget of 175.7 billion baht from the 400 billion baht loan decree is allocated. Registration timeline for Thai Chua Thai Plus project
General public registration for the "Thai Chua Thai Plus (60/40)" project via the Paotang app starts from 25 to 29 May 2026, between 06:00 and 22:00.
1. Must be a Thai national
2. Must be at least 18 years old on the registration day
3. Must have a national ID card
4. Must not have had rights suspended or funds reclaimed by the Fiscal Policy Office in state projects, including all phases of the 'Khon La Khrueng' (Half-Half) program and 'Khon La Khrueng Plus'.
5. Must not be a state welfare cardholder according to the Ministry of Finance database as of 18 May 2026.
Registration is open from 25 to 29 May 2026 (06:00–22:00) until 30 million rights are filled or the deadline is reached, whichever comes first.
Those who previously used the 'Khon La Khrueng Plus' program must verify their rights to join the Thai Chua Thai Plus (60/40) program via the Paotang app.
Those who have never used 'Khon La Khrueng Plus' must register through the Paotang app. Upon completion, they will receive confirmation or denial of rights via the app or SMS.
To prevent identity misuse, beneficiaries must verify their identity with their national ID card through Krung Thai Bank branches or ATMs with the 'Confirm ID' symbol, unless they have previously verified their ID with other state programs or through Krung Thai Bank.
