It also helps merchants generate income by selling goods and services so they can continue their businesses. The government supports co-payments for food, drinks, goods, and designated services to participants of the Thai Chuey Thai Plus (60/40) program, to be used with participating merchants. Registration for 30 million rights opens from 6:00 a.m. on Monday, 25 May 2026.

Eligibility criteria for registering in “Thai Chuey Thai Plus”

• Must be a Thai national
• Must be at least 18 years old on the registration date
• Must have a national ID card
• Must not have had rights suspended or been required to refund money in government projects including: (1) Khon La Khrueng (2) Khon La Khrueng Phase 2 (3) Phase 3 (4) Phase 4 (5) Phase 5 and (6) Khon La Khrueng Plus
• Must not hold a state welfare card according to the Ministry of Finance database as of 18 May 2026

What time does registration for Thai Chuey Thai Plus start? Applicants can register from 25 to 29 May 2026, between 06:00 and 22:00 hrs. Limited to 30 million rights, divided into two groups:

1. Those who previously received rights under the Khon La Khrueng Plus program Can register and check results via notifications on the Pao Tang app

2. Those who have never received rights under the Khon La Khrueng Plus program Can register and check results via SMS and notifications on the Pao Tang app

How to verify identity for the “Thai Chuey Thai Plus” program

To prevent misuse by persons other than the ID card owner, recipients must verify their identity according to methods specified by the Thai Chuey Thai Plus (60/40) program.

If facial scan fails, applicants can proceed through the following channels:

• Any Krungthai Bank branch with the original ID card
• Krungthai Bank ATMs capable of identity verification with the original ID card

Except for those who have previously verified their ID with other government projects or through Krungthai Bank channels.

4. Press “Acknowledge and Confirm” to verify card ownership

7. Wait for data verification
8. Select “End Identity Verification” and take your ID card, then continue on the “Pao Tang” app

ATM with buttons below the screen (no ATM card required)

1. Select menu “Transactions with ID card”
2. Select “Identity Verification Service”
3. Press “Acknowledge and Confirm” to verify card ownership
4. Select “Consent” to disclose information and verify identity
5. Press “Next”
6. Insert ID card and press “Next”

8. Select “End Identity Verification” and take your ID card, then continue on the “Pao Tang” app

1. Update the Pao Tang app to the latest version and activate G Wallet

2. Open the Pao Tang app and tap the banner “Thai Chuey Thai Plus (60/40)”

3. Accept terms and conditions and confirm registration

4. Receive registration results via notifications on the Pao Tang app

5. Add money to G Wallet before using the rights

6. Use rights from 1 June to 30 September 2026, between 06:00 and 23:00 hrs.

7. Check usage history and balance on the Pao Tang app

Those who have "never" received rights under the Khon La Khrueng Plus program

1. Update the Pao Tang app to the latest version and activate G Wallet

2. Open the Pao Tang app and tap the banner “Thai Chuey Thai Plus (60/40)”

3. Accept terms and conditions and confirm registration

4. Receive registration results via notifications on the Pao Tang app and SMS (within 3 days)

5. Add money to G Wallet before using the rights

6. Use rights from 1 June to 30 September 2026, between 06:00 and 23:00 hrs.

7. Check usage history and balance on the Pao Tang app
