On 25 May 2026, reporters reported that after the Paotang app opened registration at 6:00 a.m. for those meeting the criteria to receive the “Thailand Helps Thai Plus” benefit—sharing payments half each, or 60/40—eligible people began registering by tapping the banner on the Paotang app. The government allocated 30 million entitlements.

By 6:30 a.m., checking the remaining entitlements for the “Thailand Helps Thai Plus” program via the websitewww.ไทยช่วยไทยพลัส.thshowed only 18,263,331 entitlements left.

However, those who tapped the “Thailand Helps Thai Plus” banner on the Paotang app and saw the message “You have received the Thailand Helps Thai Plus 60/40 entitlement; usage starts 1 June 2026” will also receive an SMS confirming: “Registration for Thailand Helps Thai Plus (60/40) successful. You can use the entitlement through the Paotang app starting 1 June 2026,” as further confirmation.

Meanwhile, Krungthai Bank announced that due to high interest with more than 300,000 registration attempts per second for the Thailand Helps Thai Plus (60/40) program, some users may experience system delays.

The bank has now expanded its system to support over 700,000 transactions per second.

Within 23 minutes, 10 million people had successfully registered.
