On 25 May 2026 GMT+7, reporters reported that the "ไทยช่วยไทยพลัส" program aims to assist citizens affected by the energy crisis caused by conflict in the Middle East region. It helps ease expenses and maintain purchasing power by the government paying 60% while citizens pay 40%. Registration for rights through the Paotang app opened at 06:00 today with a total of 30 million rights available.
Most recently, at 09:07 GMT+7, reports indicated that checking the remaining rights for registration in the ไทยช่วยไทยพลัส program viawww.ไทยช่วยไทยพลัส.thshowed there are only 9.5 million rights left for registration.
However, the system will allow citizens to register for the ไทยช่วยไทยพลัส program via the Paotang app daily from 06:00 to 22:00 until 29 May 2026 GMT+7 or until all rights are claimed. Spending under the program will start on 1 June 2026 GMT+7.
1. Must be a Thai national.
2. Must be at least 18 years old on the registration day.
3. Must hold a Thai national ID card.
4. Must not be a person whose rights have been suspended or who is required to return funds under state projects including (1) the Half-Half Project phases 1 through 5 and (6) the Half-Half Plus Project.
If registration for ไทยช่วยไทยพลัส is successful, the screen will display: "You have received the ไทยช่วยไทยพลัส (60/40) rights and can start using them from 1 June 2026."
