  • On 25 May 2026,

registration for citizens to join the program opened via the "Pao Tang" app from 06:00 to 22:00 daily.

  • On 29 May 2026,

registration through the app closed.

  • On 1 June 2026,

citizens can start using their rights under the Thai Chuey Thai Plus (60/40) program from 06:00 to 23:00 daily.

  • On 15 June 2026,

food delivery rights become available, from 06:00 to 21:00 daily.

  • On 30 September 2026,

the Thai Chuey Thai Plus (60/40) program ends.

Who is excluded from the Thai Chuey Thai Plus (60/40) program?

  • State Welfare Card holders: Citizens holding State Welfare Cards cannot register for this program.
  • Those suspended or required to repay funds in other government programs: Citizens suspended or required to refund money by the Fiscal Policy Office from government schemes including Khon La Khrueng phases 1 to 5 and Khon La Khrueng Plus are excluded.
  • Those without smartphones: Most smartphone-less individuals are State Welfare Card holders, who receive 1,700 baht top-up plus an existing 300 baht, totaling 2,000 baht, and therefore are not eligible for Khon La Khrueng Plus.

How the "Thai Chuey Thai Plus 60/40" subsidy works:

For a 100 baht purchase,

  • the government pays 60%, which is 60 baht,
  • and the citizen pays 40%, which is 40 baht.

For a 200 baht purchase,

  • the government pays 60%, which is 120 baht,
  • and the citizen pays 40%, which is 80 baht.

For a 333 baht purchase,

  • the government pays 60%, capped at 200 baht,
  • and the citizen pays 40%, which is 133 baht.

If purchases exceed 333 baht, citizens must pay the excess through the "Pao Tang" app, since government support is capped at 200 baht per day or a maximum monthly limit of 1,000 baht per person, totaling 4,000 baht for the program duration. Unused monthly rights do not carry over; allowances reset on the 1st of each month.

Users eligible for the Thai Chuey Thai Plus (60/40) program can use their rights from 1 June to 30 September 2026 (06:00 - 23:00), purchasing food, beverages, products, and services from participating stores.
