This program aims to assist people affected by the energy crisis caused by the conflict in the Middle East region. The government co-pays 60/40 to ease expenses and maintain purchasing power for 30 million rights holders.
The system allows people to register for the Thai Chua Thai Plus program via the Paotang app daily from 06:00 to 22:00 until 29 May 2026 or until all rights are allocated. Spending under the program begins 1 Jun 2026.
Those wishing to join the Thai Chua Thai Plus program must register through the Paotang app by clicking the program's banner (60/40). You can check and verify remaining entitlements on the websitewww.ไทยช่วยไทยพลัส.thby clicking the button "View Remaining Entitlements" which is updated daily until 29 May 2026 or until all rights are exhausted.

After confirming your participation via the Paotang app, the system will notify you as follows:
1. Those who previously used Khon La Khrueng Plus will get immediate notification in the Paotang app after registering.
2. Those who never used Khon La Khrueng Plus will receive an SMS notification in the Paotang app about 3 days after registration.
Those registered via the Paotang app will see a notification stating “You have received Thai Chua Thai Plus (60/40) benefits and can start using them from 1 Jun 2026.” You can spend at participating stores without losing eligibility or having to start on a specific day. You can top up G-Wallet by four methods:
1. Mobile Banking from Krungthai, SCB, Kasikorn, Bangkok Bank, Krungsri, TMBThanachart, BAAC, Government Savings Bank, and UOB by entering your 15-digit G-Wallet ID and amount.
2. Krungthai bank account linked in the Paotang app (must have and link Krungthai account in Paotang).
3. Scan QR PromptPay using any bank’s Mobile Banking.
4. ATM from Krungthai, SCB, Kasikorn, Bangkok Bank, Krungsri, TMBThanachart by selecting PromptPay top-up, entering the 15-digit G-Wallet ID and amount.
1. Open Paotang app and select the Thai Chua Thai Plus (60/40) banner.
2. Tap "Scan QR" to use benefits.
3. Scan the shop’s Tung Ngern QR code.
4. Tap "Confirm" to authorize payment (top up from linked Krungthai account if G-Wallet balance is insufficient).
5. Enter your 6-digit Paotang PIN.
6. Save the transaction slip as proof of successful payment.
