The Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA) announces the necessity to "shut off power" in Bangkok, Nonthaburi, and Samut Prakan on Tuesday, 26 May 2026, to upgrade and maintain the electrical distribution system for better efficiency.

For safety during the work, MEA must temporarily suspend power supply in several areas as follows:

Power outage on 26 May 2026 in Bangkok areas

• Lat Phrao Road, Lat Phrao 101 Alley, Intersection 21 (Charter Construction Co., Ltd.) from 08:30 to 15:30.
• Rat Burana Road near the Chapter One Modern Dutch project from 08:30 to 16:30.
• Chalerm Phrakiat R.9 Road, end of Chalerm Phrakiat R.9 Soi 30, Intersection 11, from 09:00 to 13:00.
• Khlong Mae Chan Road, community alley along Khlong Mae Chan, from 09:00 to 13:00.
• Tha Kham Road (Soi Tha Kham 23), from the right curve near Tha Kham Police Station, S Pros Mansion, Cafe Amazon, 23 CARCARE car wash, Lotus convenience store to Sanam Chai Canal Bridge, from 09:00 to 12:00.
• Ekkamai Road, Charoenmitr Alley, from 09:00 to 15:00.
• Along Laddawan Lake Colonial Village Road near Soi 3/4, house numbers 41/103, 41/104, 41/107, 41/108, 41/109, 41/110, 41/119, 41/121 from 09:00 to 12:00.

• Ko Kret Road along the Chao Phraya River from opposite Wat Yai Sawang Arom to Pa Fai Pier and nearby communities from 08:30 to 15:30.

• Pracha Uthit 90 Road to Community Hospital area, from PTT gas station to Venue 24 Village project on Pracha Uthit 90, from 09:00 to 12:00.
