On 25 May 2026, the Facebook pageKrungthai Careposted a message stating, "Krungthai announces off-site service points to assist merchants interested in joining the Thai Chua Thai Plus 60/40 program from 26-29 May 2026. Merchants can register for the program and receive guidance on using the 'Thung Ngern' app, available only to those who already have a Krungthai Bank account."
