The Thailand Helps Thailand Plus registration allows citizens to claim benefits through the application "Paotang" on its third day, with the latest update from www.ไทยช่วยไทยพลัส.th showing how many rights remain available


On 27 May 2026, reporters stated that the Thailand Helps Thailand Plus program has opened for citizens to claim benefits through the application "Paotang" for the third day. The program aims to assist citizens affected by the energy crisis resulting from conflicts in the Middle East, easing their financial burden and preserving their purchasing power.

Regarding the program "Thailand Helps Thailand Plus" it will assist and alleviate impacts for over 43 million people, divided into the vulnerable group through the State Welfare Card mechanism (the low-income card) with 13.18 million people, and the general public (those without the welfare card) with about 30 million rights.

Registration is via the Paotang app by clicking the banner of the Thailand Helps Thailand Plus (60/40) project only, from 25 May to 29 May 2026, daily from 06:00 to 22:00 (until all rights are fully allocated)."

Conditions for using rights under the Thailand Helps Thailand Plus (60/40) program

  • Before using the rights for the first time, beneficiaries must verify the remaining rights and terms of use.
  • For buying and selling goods or providing and receiving services, buyers and sellers must conduct transactions and scan QR codes for payment face-to-face. Transactions cannot be made online or through intermediaries by any method.
  • Rights can be used daily from 06:00 to 23:00.
  • Participants in the program are prohibited from actions that cause misunderstandings or obstruct the implementation of any government measures or programs.
