Rayong Youth Ball One-Eyed Apologizes After Spitting on Car, Case Withdrawn at Police Station

A hot-headed youth in Rayong, nicknamed "Ball One-Eyed," raised his hands in apology and admitted fault after spitting on a car. The opposing party went to Mabtaput Police Station intending to file a complaint but ultimately forgave him and did not pursue legal action.

A social media clip showed the hot-headed Rayong youth nicknamed "Ball One-Eyed." He was upset, claiming he had been cut off by another driver. He chased after the opposing vehicle, knocked on the window, asking, “Want to fight me?” while glaring aggressively. However, one eye seemed reluctant to escalate the conflict.

When the other party behaved civilly and declined to engage, he was left unable to act further. He hesitated to open his own door first and eventually fled on his motorcycle. Still, he defiantly spat on the opposing car’s windshield and then made an obscene gesture by raising his middle finger.

Regarding this matter, on 29 May 2026, reporters investigated and learned the incident occurred on the Mabya–Lanpoon Market Road in Mabtaput Subdistrict, Mueang Rayong District. Before the incident, Mr. Ronaphop, 28, was driving a company sedan with Mr. Theerapat, 23, as a passenger to inspect underground pipe safety from Mabya intersection toward Lanpoon Market. Approaching the market, Mr. Ronaphop intended to make a U-turn. At this time, Mr. Theerapat noticed a youth riding a motorcycle speeding from Lanpoon Market toward Mabya intersection and warned Mr. Ronaphop to stop and let the motorcyclist pass first.

They then drove to the pipeline location to take photos for the company. During this time, the motorcyclist approached closely and became agitated, verbally abusing Mr. Ronaphop with rude words and challenging him. While the youth was acting heatedly, Mr. Theerapat recorded a video on his phone as evidence. Before riding away, the hot-headed youth spat on the sedan driven by Mr. Ronaphop.

Afterwards, Mr. Ronaphop used the video as evidence to report the incident to Mabtaput Police Station, Rayong. While waiting to file the complaint, the hot-headed youth, Mr. Thapanapong, 23, arrived at the police station on his motorcycle. Upon learning of the report, Mr. Thapanapong immediately calmed down, approached Mr. Ronaphop and Mr. Theerapat to apologize, and admitted that his inappropriate behavior was caused by losing self-control in anger.

Regarding the cause, Mr. Thapanapong admitted he was angry because he saw Mr. Ronaphop preparing to turn his car and feared that the sedan might collide with his motorcycle. After Mr. Thapanapong apologized, Mr. Ronaphop and Mr. Theerapat chose not to pursue legal action.
