The public can use the Thai Chuay Thai Plus (60/40) benefit from 1 Jun to 30 Sep 2026, between 06:00 and 23:00 daily, under these simple conditions:

  • The government pays 60%, the beneficiary pays 40% through the Paotang app throughout the project duration from 1 Jun to 30 Sep 2026.
  • The benefit is capped at 200 baht per person per day or up to a maximum of 1,000 baht per person per month.
  • Monthly benefits do not exceed 1,000 baht per person, totaling no more than 4,000 baht throughout the entire program.
  • Benefits do not roll over to the next month; the benefit balance resets on the first day of each month.
  • Benefits can only be used at stores participating in the Thai Chuay Thai Plus (60/40) program (Find participating stores here)
  • Usage is allowed daily from 06:00 to 23:00 (benefits cannot be used outside these hours).
  • Food delivery spending is permitted from 15 Jun to 30 Sep 2026 between 06:00 and 21:00, only at participating food and beverage stores (excluding delivery fees).

Steps to use the Thai Chuay Thai Plus (60/40) benefits

1. Open the Paotang app and select the Thai Chuay Thai Plus (60/40) banner.

2. Tap the Scan QR button to use the benefit.

3. Scan the merchant’s Tong Ngern QR code.

4. Press Confirm to verify the payment.

5. Press Confirm again to finalize the payment.

6. Save the receipt; the transaction is complete.

How to top up your G Wallet to prepare for Thai Chuay Thai Plus spending

The steps to add money to the G Wallet are as follows:
- Open the Paotang app.
- Tap the "Top up G Wallet" button.

There are four ways to add money to the G Wallet:

1. Via mobile banking apps of Krungthai Bank, Siam Commercial Bank, Kasikorn Bank, Bangkok Bank, Krungsri Bank, TMBThanachart Bank, Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives, Government Savings Bank, and UOB by entering the 15-digit G Wallet ID and amount.

2. From a Krungthai Bank account linked to the Paotang app; the user must have a Krungthai account linked to Paotang.

3. By scanning a PromptPay QR code using any bank’s mobile banking app.

4. At ATMs of Krungthai Bank, Siam Commercial Bank, Kasikorn Bank, Bangkok Bank, Krungsri Bank, TMBThanachart Bank by selecting the PromptPay top-up menu, entering the 15-digit G Wallet ID and amount.
