State Welfare Card 2026: Benefits for Those Who Pass Eligibility Verification

Registration for the 2026 State Welfare Card Clear details on the benefits for those who have passed eligibility verification and identity confirmation


2026 State Welfare Registration Project Preparations are underway to open registration for rights confirmation to join the project for all applicants, aiming to assist genuinely eligible low-income citizens to receive basic government welfare and improve their quality of life.

Current State Welfare Card holders must register to confirm their rights to participate in the project. Registration can be done from 4 to 21 June 2026 via the following channels:

Those who have passed eligibility verification and identity confirmation will receive the following welfare benefits:

1. A monthly credit of 300 baht per person for purchasing essential consumer goods, educational supplies, and agricultural raw materials from local economic development Blue Flag stores and other stores designated by the Ministry of Commerce.

2. A discount credit of 80 baht per person every three months for purchasing liquefied petroleum gas from stores designated by the Ministry of Energy.

3. A monthly travel credit of 750 baht per person for public transportation, usable on eight types of transport systems:

  • Bangkok Mass Transit Authority (BMTA) buses
  • Transport Company Limited (Bor Kor Sor) buses
  • Electric trains of Bangkok Mass Transit System Public Company Limited (BTS), Metropolitan Rapid Transit (MRT), and the Eastern High-Speed Rail Linking Three Airports Company Limited
  • Trains
  • Private buses affiliated with BMTA, private buses, and Bangkok Metropolitan Administration vehicles
  • Private buses affiliated with Bor Kor Sor and other private buses
  • Private shared minibuses
  • Public passenger boats, with no credit limit based on vehicle type

4. Electricity cost relief: a subsidy of 315 baht per household per month. If electricity usage exceeds the limit, the beneficiary must pay the full electricity cost themselves.

5. Water cost relief: a subsidy of 100 baht per household per month. If water usage costs between 100 and 315 baht, beneficiaries receive support for 100 baht and pay the excess themselves. If usage exceeds 315 baht, beneficiaries bear the full water cost.
