If you are conducting a financial transaction, please check your latest balance and transaction history again to prevent delayed processing." Some users also saw a message stating "
There is currently a high volume of transactions being processed simultaneously. Please try your transaction again later. We apologize for the inconvenience." According to the latest check at 08:15 GMT+7, the bank's application has returned to normal operation.
