On the morning of 4 June 2026, users of the Bangkok Bank application experienced issues while using the app. The bank displayed a message stating, "System disruption occurred. If you are performing financial transactions, please check your balance and recent transactions again to prevent delays."
Meanwhile, some users saw a message saying, "There are currently many simultaneous transactions. Please try again later. The bank apologizes for any inconvenience caused."
