The Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA) announces the necessity to temporarily cut power supply in areas of Bangkok, Samut Prakan, and Nonthaburi on Tuesday, 5 June 2026, to improve and maintain the efficiency of the electricity distribution system, and to install equipment to convert overhead power lines to underground cables. To ensure safety during the work, MEA must temporarily suspend electricity in multiple areas as follows.

• Muban Nak Kila Laem Thong Road, Muban Nak Kila Laem Thong Soi 6, 8, 10 / Replacement of a near-faulty high-voltage transformer from 09:30 to 13:00.
• Suksawat Road (Hun Chuan Suk Soi) near Suksawat Soi 30 Intersection 8-1 from 08:30 to 15:00.
• Along Songprapha Road near Songprapha Soi 2 Intersection 8 and Intersection 6 to Sornakom Soi 8 (Taweewat 4) and Sornakom Soi 8 Intersection 2-1 from 08:30 to 14:00.
• Chaloem Phrakiat Rama 9 Road, Chaloem Phrakiat Rama 9 Soi 30 Intersection 5 from 09:30 to 11:00.
• Nawamin Road, Nawamin Soi 69 Intersection 3 from 09:00 to 15:30.
