A channel to check eligibility for the “State Welfare Card 2026” (Poor Card) is available through the website.https://welfare.mof.go.th/If you belong to the target group, you must confirm your eligibility through one of five methods.

The 2026 State Welfare Registration project, which offers government assistance to citizens to reduce living expenses and build stable, equitable livelihoods, has opened eligibility confirmation from 06:00 to 23:00 until 21 June 2026.

Citizens wishing to participate in the 2026 State Welfare Registration project can verify eligibility via the website.https://welfare.mof.go.th/The steps are as follows.

1. Go to the website.https://welfare.mof.go.th/

2. Click the banner to check the list of eligible registrants.

3. Enter your 13-digit national ID number and click “Check.”

  • If you qualify, a message will display “Target Group” along with registration options, from which you can choose only one convenient method:
    1. The project’s main website.
    2. Government mobile applications.
    3. At registration units of five banks: BAAC, Government Savings Bank, Krung Thai Bank, GH Bank, and Islamic Bank.
    4. Through Krung Thai Bank ATMs.
    5. Via the Paotang mobile application.
    Registration period is from 4 to 21 June 2026.


  • If you are not in the target group, a message will state: “You are not part of the target group under the 2026 registration project.” On 2 June 2026, the Cabinet approved the 2026 registration project targeting: 1) current cardholders, and 2) those without cards who are marginalized or omitted groups, according to the Basic Needs Database (BNDB) from the Ministry of Interior’s Community Development Department or the electronic family booklet system of the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security.
