Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA)The Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA) announces a necessary power outage in Bangkok, Samut Prakan, and Nonthaburi on Monday, 8 June 2026. This is to upgrade and maintain the electrical supply system to enhance its efficiency and to install equipment for converting overhead power lines to underground cables. For safety during the work, MEA will temporarily suspend electricity supply in several specified areas as follows.

Power outage on 8 June 2026 in Bangkok areas

• Ratthapattana Road, Soi Kehathani 4 (from Soi 106 to Soi 114), from 09:30 to 13:00.
• Tha Kham Road, Soi Tha Kham 9/1, from 09:30 to 11:00.
• Sukhumvit 71 Road, Soi Pridi Banomyong 41, from 09:00 to 12:00.
• Udomsuk Road, at the end of Udomsuk 24 Alley, from 08:30 to 12:00.

Power outage on 7 June 2026 in Samut Prakan areas

• Suksawat Road (Soi Suksawat 45), at the curve before the exit intersection of Soi Suksawat 43, Soi 2, from 09:00 to 12:00.

Power outage on 7 June 2026 in Nonthaburi areas

• Municipality Road 2, along Bang Bua Thong Canal, Soi beside house number 43, from 08:00 to 15:30.
