The 2026 State Welfare Registration Program aims to assist low-income citizens who genuinely meet the target criteria, enabling them to receive basic government welfare rights and improve their quality of life. Registration opens from 4 June 2026 until 21 June 2026.
Existing State Welfare Card holders can also check their 2026 registration status through the website at statewelfarecard.mof.go.th or welfare.mof.go.th by verifying their identity via the ThaiD application or by entering their ID number and date of birth.

2. Click the menu "Check registration status"
3. Select "Check information with Digital ID" or "Check information with ID card number"
4. Enter details and click "Check information"
5. The screen will display the results of your State Welfare registration
Wait for the qualification verification results without further action and follow the announcement on 17 July 2026.
You need to register again.
Please check your status again the next day.
Registrants do not need to use the same channel for registration. If unable to complete the process themselves, they can contact any of the five participating banks' registration units for assistance.
However, the Department of Provincial Administration has opened a system via the websitehttps://web-app.bora.dopa.go.th/welfare/loginor QR Code, using ThaiD to access it. This is for the group of citizens who missed registration and can register themselves. Those who cannot use this method should wait for Ministry of Interior officials to arrange a visit to their area or home. Officials will also assist existing State Welfare Card holders in verifying their identity.
