1. Transactions involving transfers, top-ups, or payments for goods and/or services of 50,000 baht or more per transaction (excluding transfers to one's own Siam Commercial Bank account), or transactions that meet the customer's predetermined amount requiring facial recognition verification.
2. Transactions involving transfers, top-ups, or payments for goods and/or services totaling 200,000 baht or more per day (excluding transfers to one's own Siam Commercial Bank account), or transactions that meet the customer's daily predetermined amount requiring facial recognition verification.
3. Increasing transaction limits for transfers or payments for goods and/or services of 50,000 baht or more (excluding transfers to one's own Siam Commercial Bank account), and/or adjusting limits for transactions that require identity verification via facial recognition.
This policy takes effect from 20 Jun 2026 GMT+7.
From today onwards, customers can visit any branch nationwide to have their facial photo recorded by bringing their national ID card.

4.1 If the message "Please bring your ID card to a convenient Siam Commercial Bank branch" appears, customers must visit a branch to have their facial photo recorded.
4.2 If the current status shows "Successful via SCB," customers can use the SCB EASY app normally as the bank already has their facial photo on file.
