Prairie Phaiwan sympathizes with the victims and urges Ford Pakorn's father to come forward and clarify the situation, stating that whoever causes the debt must be responsible. She clearly asks where the money to invest in selling durians came from.
This follows reports that villagers have filed complaints against the father of popular influencer Ford Pakorn, accusing him of fraud amounting to nearly 100 million baht, with multiple victims involved, as previously reported.
Recently, Prairie Phaiwan Wannabut posted a video statement on Facebook with the caption "Statement from the Celestial City," sharing her perspective on the situation as much as she could. She first thanked everyone who expressed concern and wanted her to defend herself, explaining that regardless of perspective, the issue could be relevant to her since she is Ford's girlfriend, even though they are not yet married or living together.
She said many details became known to her at the same time as others. Although she is Ford's girlfriend, they live separately and manage their own businesses independently. Being with Ford has taught him to work, livestream, and sell items, which he has learned on his own. Regarding family, she is familiar with his maternal grandmother's side, who raised him. When she visits Buriram, she pays respects to his family elders and even posted photos of her first visit to his parents out of respect.
Regarding rumors that her name has been used without permission, she said she has not seen any such claims but asked anyone who has proof to send it to her so she can file a police report as evidence to clarify she is not involved or aware. She focuses only on her boyfriend and does not concern herself with other matters.
Concerning the durian business she is involved in, many have asked where the investment money came from. Prairie explained she has sold durians since 2022 when she was still learning and had not yet become close to Ford or used large investment funds. Instead, she used credit, selling first and then transferring money to suppliers afterward.
Prairie also expressed sympathy for those claiming to have been defrauded and said she would ask Ford's father to come forward and provide any evidence to clarify the facts—not for herself but for the family. She noted the father has two children and it would not be fair for them to take responsibility on his behalf, as he is the main party involved. Some victims have claimed issues dating back to 2018, when she was still ordained as a Buddhist nun. Ford is of an age that requires fairness to all parties. Ford has stated he is willing to cooperate and ensure fairness for everyone if he is involved. Regarding debts, whoever caused them must be accountable. Whether fraud occurred is unknown, but the father must speak out or clarify the facts. Ultimately, they will likely have to meet with police if summoned, as this is a serious matter. The details will have to be resolved accordingly.
