MEA Announces Planned Power Outages on 14 June 2026 in Bangkok, Samut Prakan, and Nonthaburi

The Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA)has announced the necessity to conduct power outages in Bangkok and Samut Prakan on Sunday, 14 June 2026. These outages are to upgrade and maintain the electrical distribution system for enhanced efficiency and to install equipment to convert the power lines from overhead to underground. For safety during the work, MEA will temporarily suspend electricity supply in several areas as detailed below.

• Lat Phrao Road, Lat Phrao Soi 80, Intersection 12, from 08:30 to 15:00.
• Ramkhamhaeng Road, Ramkhamhaeng Soi 69, from 08:30 to 15:30.
• Chaiyaphruek Road, from Chaiyaphruek Soi 33 Intersection 1 to Chaiyaphruek Soi 33 Intersection 5, from 08:30 to 15:30.
• Ekkachai Road, Ekkachai Soi 95/2, from 09:30 to 14:00.
• Rama 3 Road, from Rama 3 Soi 36 to Rama 3 Soi 44, from 08:00 to 15:30.
• Chimplee Road, Thonburi MEA area, around the entrances of Chimplee Soi 1, Soi 3, 4/1, 4/2, 4/3, and nearby areas as per the outage announcement, from 08:30 to 15:00.

• Kanchanaphisek Road (AH2), from in front of Sena Villa Village to Caltex Gas Station and nearby areas, from 08:30 to 15:00.
