Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA)The Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA) has announced the necessity to conduct power outages in Bangkok, Samut Prakan, and Nonthaburi on Monday, 15 June 2026. This is to improve and maintain the electricity distribution system for enhanced efficiency and to install equipment to convert overhead power lines to underground cables. For safety during these operations, MEA will temporarily suspend electricity supply in several areas as detailed below.

Power outages on 15 June 2026 in Bangkok areas

• Chaloem Phrakiat R.9 Road, Soi 30, Intersection 11, from 08:30 to 13:30.
• New Pattanakarn Road, Soi along New Pattanakarn Road (heading towards Pattanakarn), from 08:45 to 12:30.
• Ramintra Road, Soi Ramintra 87, at T.P.P. Co., Ltd., from 08:30 to 12:30.
• Rat Phatthana Road, Soi along Rat Phatthana Road in front of Suan Tan Village, from 09:30 to 13:00.
