"State Welfare Card 2026" issued by the government. Existing State Welfare Card holders are reminded to register to confirm their rights, with emphasis on the important timeline.
Project progress update. "Registration for State Welfare in 2026." This initiative aims to assist low-income citizens who genuinely qualify as the target group, ensuring they receive basic government welfare benefits and improve their quality of life. Registration will begin on 4 June 2026 and continue until 21 June 2026.
Recently, the Ministry of Finance disclosed progress on the registration confirmation for the 2026 State Welfare Registration Project. From 4 to 11 June 2026 at 23:00, a total of 11,797,120 existing cardholders have completed registration, while 1,376,853 have yet to confirm their rights. The Ministry urges those who have not registered to complete the process by 21 June 2026, 23:00, ensuring all information is accurate before submission.
For registrants whose ID card data status is incorrect, the Committee for State Welfare for the Grassroots Economy and Society has resolved that if the national ID number is correctly entered but other minor details contain errors, the registration will be considered complete without needing correction or re-registration. Registrants with significant data errors will have their information reviewed and corrected promptly.
The Ministry of Finance will announce the eligibility verification results on 17 July 2026 via the project website, the "Pao Tang" application, government apps, and registration units at five banks. Details and updates about the project can be followed at https://บัตรสวัสดิการแห่งรัฐ.mof.go.th and https://welfare.mof.go.th or through official Ministry of Finance communication channels.
