They reported that at 07:23, on the outbound Burapha Withi Expressway near the Outer Ring Road toll plaza (Bang Kaeo), an accident involving a truck squeezing against the toll gate caused a traffic jam. The backup extended to the Eastern Ring Road, Highway 9, and the Bang Phli-Suksawat Expressway, all heading toward the outbound Burapha Withi Expressway.
Most recently, at 08:37, officials reported that they had successfully moved the vehicle.
