MEA Announces Power Outages on 18 June 2026 in Multiple Areas of Bangkok and Samut Prakan

The Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA).The Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA) announced the necessity to "shut off power" in Bangkok and Samut Prakan on Thursday, 18 June 2026, to develop and maintain the electrical supply system for greater efficiency and to install equipment for converting overhead power lines to underground cables. For safety during these operations, MEA must temporarily suspend power supply to several locations as follows.

Power outages on 18 June 2026 in Bangkok areas.

• Along Rama II Road from Rama II Soi 59 to the Nirvana Beyond Rama II housing project, from 09:00 to 12:00.
• Permsin Road, Soi Permsin 24/1, Ueathorn Bangkhen Village (Khlong Thanon), from 08:30 to 15:00.
• Hathairat Road, Soi Village Prompat 2, house numbers 468/1 to 468/19, from 08:30 to 15:30.
• Ramkhamhaeng Road, Soi Ramkhamhaeng 30/1, from 08:30 to 15:30.
• Along Phadung Dao Road, at Soi Sai, from house number 45 to 71, from 09:00 to 12:00.
• Sai Mai Road, Soi Sai Mai 34 (Chonlada Village Soi 10), from 09:00 to 13:00.
• Ngamwongwan Road, Soi Ngamwongwan 26, intersections 3-4, from 08:30 to 12:00.
• Kaew Ngern Thong Road, Golden Town Village Soi, from 08:30 to 11:00.
