MEA Announces Power Outages on 19 June 2026 at Six Locations in Bangkok and Samut Prakan

Check which areas the Metropolitan Electricity Authority covers for power outages. Announced power outages on 19 June 2026. In Bangkok and Samut Prakan, six locations will be affected to improve and maintain the efficiency of the power distribution system.

The Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA)announced the necessity to temporarily "cut power" in areas of Bangkok and Samut Prakan on Friday, 19 June 2026. This is to improve and maintain the efficiency of the electricity distribution system, install equipment, and replace overhead power lines with underground cables. For safety during these operations, MEA must temporarily suspend power supply in several specified areas as follows.

Power outages on 19 June 2026 in Bangkok areas

• Phatthanakan Road, Phatthanakan Soi 94 (Soi Mahalarp, Soi Thawee Sap) from 08:30 to 15:30.
• Krissananakorn Village Road, Soi Nopparat 7/9 from 08:30 to 11:30.
• Cherdwutthakarn Road from Soi Rim Khlong Prem Prachakorn (Prem Prachakorn Village 3) along the medium voltage load extension line and low voltage switching from 09:30 to 12:00.

Power outages on 19 June 2026 in Samut Prakan areas

• Along Liap Khlong Chuat Phrao Road, MEA will cut power to replace and install a new transformer and replace low voltage cables from 09:00 to 15:30.
• Sukhumvit Road, Soi Thetsaban Bang Pu 100 (Udomsap) from 09:00 to 12:00.
• Theparak-Ladkrabang Road, beside Thanyamani Kit Rice Mill from 08:30 to 14:00.
