Today (19 June 2026 GMT+7) is the last day for eligible 2022 State Welfare Card holders to register for electricity and water bill discounts before 16:30.
This registration round covers electricity and water usage for July 2026, with the final billing cycle used for the benefit being August 2026.
Conditions for registering to receive electricity and water bill discounts.
- The electricity relief measure subsidizes 315 baht per household per month. If electricity usage exceeds this limit, the State Welfare Card holder must cover the full excess cost.
- The water relief measure subsidizes 100 baht per household per month. If water usage exceeds 100 baht but does not exceed 315 baht, the cardholder receives support of 100 baht and must pay the amount exceeding 100 baht themselves. If usage exceeds 315 baht, the cardholder bears the entire water bill.
