On 21 Jun 2026, Mr. Winij Wisesuwanphumi, Director of the Fiscal Policy Office and spokesperson for the Ministry of Finance, reported progress on the registration for rights confirmation under the 2026 State Welfare Registration Project. From 4 to 21 June 2026 at 12:00, 12,654,200 existing state welfare cardholders have registered, representing 96.1%, leaving 519,773 who have not yet confirmed their rights.
For those without state welfare cards but included in the government's database, the Ministry of Interior has registered 1,047,313 individuals, accounting for 99.98%. The Ministry of Interior will send this data to the Ministry of Finance for eligibility verification.
Therefore, the Ministry of Finance spokesperson urges existing state welfare cardholders who have not yet registered to confirm their rights to complete the process by 23:00 today through five channels: the Paotang application, government applications, the project website, Krungthai Bank ATMs, and registration units at five banks—Krungthai Bank, Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives (BAAC), Government Savings Bank, Government Housing Bank (GHB), and Islamic Bank of Thailand.
