On 21 June 2026, Mr. Winij Wisesuwanphum, Director of the Fiscal Policy Office and spokesperson for the Ministry of Finance, reported on the progress of the 2026 State Welfare Card registration confirmation. From 4 to 21 June 2026 at 12:00 p.m., 12,654,200 existing cardholders have confirmed their rights, representing 96.1 percent, leaving 519,773 individuals yet to confirm their eligibility.
For those without a State Welfare Card but present in the government database, the Ministry of Interior has completed registration for 1,047,313 individuals, accounting for 99.98 percent. The Ministry of Interior will forward these records to the Ministry of Finance for further eligibility verification.
Most recently, at 11:00 p.m., reporters noted that the Ministry of Finance has closed registration for existing State Welfare Cardholders to confirm their rights, displaying the following message on the website: "The Ministry of Finance will announce the results of eligibility verification for both existing registrants and those missed but registered through the Ministry of Interior on 17 July 2026 via the project website, the Paotang application, government applications, and registration counters at five banks."

2. Click on the menu "Check Registration Status"
3. Select "Check Information with Digital ID" or "Check Information with Citizen ID Number"
4. Enter the required details and click "Check Information"
5. The screen will display your State Welfare Card registration results.
