1. A budget of 300 baht per person per month for essential consumer goods, educational supplies, and agricultural materials from Thong Fah stores and other stores designated by the Ministry of Commerce.

2. A subsidy of 80 baht per person every three months for cooking gas purchased from stores designated by the Ministry of Energy.

The budget is not limited by vehicle type.

4. Electricity relief measures: a subsidy of 315 baht per household per month. If electricity usage exceeds the set limit, the cardholder will bear the full electricity cost.

5. Water relief measures: a subsidy of 100 baht per household per month. If water usage exceeds 100 baht but does not exceed 315 baht, the cardholder receives 100 baht support and must pay the excess themselves. If usage exceeds 315 baht, the cardholder bears the full water cost.

When will the State Welfare Card eligibility results be announced?

The eligibility verification results will be announced on 17 July 2026 GMT+7. Eligible individuals can start using their benefits from 1 August 2026 GMT+7 after identity confirmation. If identity confirmation (for new applicants) is completed after 1 August 2026, benefits can be used from the date of confirmation.

Current recipients of the Thai Chuey Thai Plus (60/40) program who pass eligibility verification will receive State Welfare Card benefits instead of Thai Chuey Thai Plus (60/40). Those individuals are advised to promptly confirm their identity via the Pao Tang application to receive State Welfare Card benefits starting from the announcement date (17 July 2026). Benefits from the State Welfare Card begin on 1 August 2026.

If the State Welfare Card benefits are not confirmed by 1 August 2026, the Thai Chuey Thai Plus (60/40) benefits will also be terminated.

What should you do if your registration does not meet the criteria?

Applicants can check their registration results through four channels:

1. The project's official website

2. Government applications

3. Registration units at five banks

4. The Pao Tang application

After the eligibility results are announced, if an applicant is found "ineligible" according to project criteria and wishes to have their data re-examined, they can appeal within 15 days from the announcement date via the four channels above. Appeals can be submitted as follows:

1. Websites https://บัตรสวัสดิการแห่งรัฐ.mof.go.th or https://welfare.mof.go.th (applicants can immediately click the "Submit Appeal" button on the system).

2. Government applications and the Pao Tang application (applicants can immediately click the "Submit Appeal" button on the system).

3. Through registration units at five banks: Krungthai Bank (17 July 2026 – 12 January 2027), Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives, Government Savings Bank, Government Housing Bank, and the Export-Import Bank of Thailand (17 July – 14 October 2026). Services are available during each bank's business hours and at each branch. Applicants should express their intention to appeal so the bank can submit the appeal on their behalf.

Can existing State Welfare Cardholders continue using their cards without re-verification?

Existing State Welfare Cardholders do not need to verify their identity (e-KYC) and can continue using their welfare benefits. However, new cardholders or those granting power of attorney must verify their identity (e-KYC) starting 17 July 2026 to access benefits. Verification can be done in two ways:

1. Identity verification (e-KYC) via the Pao Tang application (activate G-Wallet) to use benefits through the app. Those who choose this option must complete e-KYC as required beforehand.

2. At registration units in five banks: Krungthai Bank (17 July 2026 – 12 January 2027), Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives, Government Savings Bank, Government Housing Bank, and Export-Import Bank of Thailand (17 July – 14 October 2026). Services are available during each bank's business hours and branches.
