Check which areas will be affected. The Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA) has announced power outages on 25 June 2026 in Bangkok and Samut Prakan to upgrade and maintain the electrical distribution system for better efficiency.

Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA)The Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA) has announced that it is necessary to conduct power outages in Bangkok, Samut Prakan, and Nonthaburi on Thursday, 25 June 2026. This is to improve and maintain the electrical distribution system for greater efficiency and to install equipment to convert overhead power lines to underground cables. To ensure safety during the work, MEA must temporarily cut power supply in several areas as detailed below.

Power outages on 25 June 2026 in Bangkok areas

• Lat Phrao Road, Soi Lat Phrao 37 (Soi Nilphae 1), from 08:30 to 15:00.
• Ratchaphruek Road, MEA Thonburi District, Soi Ratchaphruek 11, roadside shops along Phutthamonthon Sai 4–Phran Nok near the flower market, with power off from 08:30 to 12:00 as announced.
• Rom Klao Road, Soi Rom Klao 21/4, 21/5, 21/6, from 09:30 to 10:30.

Power outages on 25 June 2026 in Samut Prakan areas

• Buaphueng Pattana Road (Soi Petchheung 52), near Buaphueng Pattana intersection, Soi 7 (Muay Thai camp intersection), from 09:00 to 12:00.
• Srinakarin Road, Panasont City Village, Sois 1/1, 1/2, 1/3, 1/5, 1/6, from 08:30 to 14:00.
• Tai Ban Road, Khlong Sala Daeng community (contractor replacing 12 damaged poles), from 10:00 to 15:00.
