
The Thai Chuey Thai Plus (60/40) program Warns over 18 million eligible people to spend their full 1,000 baht first-month allowance by 30 June 2026.
On 24 June 2026, Winij Wisesuwanphumi, Director of the Fiscal Policy Office and spokesperson for the Ministry of Finance, reported the progress of the Thai Chuey Thai Plus (60/40) program. The government supports co-payment for food, beverages, goods, and designated public services at 60%, capped at 200 baht per person per day and 1,000 baht per person per month, for four months from June to September 2026. A total of 26,040,623 people have been granted the benefit.
As of 23 June 2026 at 11:00 p.m., total spending reached 38.917 billion baht, divided into: first, 16.49 billion baht spent by citizens, including 16.186 billion baht through general merchants and 304 million baht via food delivery platforms; second, 22.427 billion baht government co-payment, with 22.04 billion baht through general merchants and 387 million baht via food delivery platforms.
Currently, there are 1,163,823 merchants ready to accept program benefits, of which 100,961 are food and beverage outlets accepting payments through food delivery platforms.
However, 7.59 million people, or 29.15% of beneficiaries, have already spent their full 1,000 baht June allowance. Therefore, those with remaining balances are encouraged to use their full 1,000 baht by 30 June 2026, as leftover funds cannot be carried over to the following month.
