Comptroller General's Department is preparing to pay "elderly welfare payments" retroactively, up to 400 baht, for existing State Welfare Card holders. The payments will be divided into three installments within July 2026. Check eligibility conditions.

The Facebook page "Comptroller General's Department" posted a message regarding the payment of living allowances for low-income elderly individuals. It stated that the Comptroller General's Department is preparing to pay living allowances to low-income elderly people who are existing beneficiaries of the State Welfare Registration program.

Payments will be 100 baht per month for four months (March to June 2026), according to eligibility by birth month as follows:

  • Those born before 1 March 1966 will receive 4 months, totaling 400 baht.
  • Those born between 1 and 31 March 1966 will receive 3 months, totaling 300 baht.
  • Those born between 1 and 30 April 1966 will receive 2 months, totaling 200 baht.
  • Those born between 1 and 31 May 1966 will receive 1 month, totaling 100 baht.

The Comptroller General's Department will transfer funds to the bank accounts provided in the consent forms or to PromptPay accounts linked to beneficiaries' ID numbers, divided into three installments on 13, 14, and 15 July 2026, based on birth dates.

If funds are not received during these three days, a repeat transfer will occur once more on 31 July 2026 through three channels as follows:

Channel 1Bank accounts used for receiving the elderly living allowance successfully transferred for July 2026 (excluding those who receive cash).
