
The National Astronomical Research Institute announces that today, 30 June 2026, the "full moon" will be fully illuminated and can be observed for nearly the entire night.
FacebookNARIT, the National Astronomical Research Instituteposted a message stating, "Astronomical calendar for 30 June 2026: full moon.
A full moon occurs when the moon is opposite the sun as viewed from Earth, causing the side facing Earth to be fully illuminated by sunlight. This makes the moon appear bright and fully lit, allowing it to be seen almost all night."
