Many pay respects "Mae Kulap" the creator of the legendary sweets "Mochi-Daifuku" the famous souvenir from Nakhon Sawan Province, who passed away peacefully at age 86.
A sad story has emerged on social media when the Facebook pageDaifuku Mae Kulapposted a message announcing the sad news of the passing of "Mae Kulap" also known as Khun Mae Charoenrat Apiwatchanon, the founder of the Mochi-Daifuku sweet shop and a famous souvenir brand of Nakhon Sawan Province.
Meanwhile, Mr. Peeraphong Apiwatchanon, her son and current owner of the shop, posted the sad news that Mae Kulap passed away peacefully on 3 July 2026 at the age of 86, and announced the funeral prayer schedule from 3 to 8 July at 7:30 p.m., with the cremation ceremony on 9 July at 3:30 p.m.
Following the post, many people commented to offer their condolences in large numbers.
