The wait is over. Announcement of eligibility verification results for registered applicants of the “ State Welfare Card 2026 ” new round The system will open for checking eligibility—whether approved or not—tomorrow, 17 July 2026, from 6:00 AM onwards. What to prepare for checking State Welfare Card eligibility

  - Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives (BAAC)
  - Government Savings Bank (GSB)

  - Islamic Bank of Thailand (IBT)

What to do after knowing the “approved or not approved” results

Case 1: “Approved” (eligible) for the State Welfare Card

• Existing cardholders (those who already have the card) do not need to do anything further and can start using their benefits from 1 August 2026 via the Paotang app or ID card.
• New cardholders must complete identity verification (e-KYC) through various channels and can start using benefits from 1 October 2026.
  - Paotang app from 17 July 2026 to 12 January 2027, 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM
  - Krungthai Bank from 17 July 2026 to 12 January 2027
  - Government Savings Bank, Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives, Government Housing Bank, and Government Housing Bank can verify identity from 17 July 2026 to 14 October 2026

Case 2: “Not approved” (ineligible)

• Appeals can be submitted from 17 to 31 July 2026.
• Appeals can be easily submitted by clicking the “Submit Appeal” button via the project's main website, the State app, the Paotang app, or by expressing intent at the five registration banks. • Those who qualify in the review round can start using benefits immediately on 1 October 2026.
