Tomorrow! State Welfare Card Eligibility Results Announced on 17 July 2026 Starting at 6 AM: What to Prepare

The wait is over. Announcement of the eligibility verification results for the new round of the “State Welfare Card 2026” registration. The system will open to check eligibility—whether approved or not—on 17 July 2026 from 6:00 AM onward. What to prepare to check State Welfare Card eligibility

What to do after knowing your “approved” or “not approved” status

Case 1: “Approved” (Eligible) for the State Welfare Card

• Existing cardholders do not need to take any further action and can start using their benefits from 1 August 2026 via the Paotang app or their ID card.
• New recipients must verify their identity (e-KYC) through various channels and can begin using benefits from 1 October 2026.
  - Paotang app from 17 July 2026 to 12 January 2027, 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
  - Krung Thai Bank from 17 July 2026 to 12 January 2027.
  - Government Savings Bank, Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives, Government Housing Bank, and Government Housing Bank can verify identity from 17 July 2026 to 14 October 2026.

Case 2: “Not approved” (Ineligible)

• Appeals can be submitted from 17 to 31 July 2026.
• Submitting an appeal is easy by clicking the “Submit Appeal” button on the project’s main website, the Government app, Paotang app, or by requesting at the five registration banks. • Those who pass the eligibility review can start using their benefits on 1 October 2026.
