How to appeal the State Welfare Card 2026 via "Five Bank Registration Units"
1. Present the ID card to staff to be inserted into the EDC machine at the five bank units: Krungthai Bank Public Company Limited,
Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives,

These five bank registration units will only accept eligibility review requests from existing State Welfare Card holders. Those from the missed group in the Ministry of Interior's Community Database (PCH) or electronic family book systems of the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security, Ministry of Interior, Bangkok, and Pattaya City will be visited for registration. However, those who have never received state assistance and are not in these databases should register for initial assistance with the Ministry of Social Development to receive further state aid.
