Applicants can independently request a review of eligibility results on the website with the following steps:

2. On the main registration page for the public, click "Track Registration Results"

3. Verify registration status

• Verify with ThaiD
• Verify with Citizen ID number

4. The screen will display the registrant's information.

Applicants can check eligibility results at five bank registration units by following these steps:

1. Present the ID card to staff to be inserted into the EDC machine at the five bank units: Krungthai Bank Public Company Limited,

Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives,

• Government Savings Bank,
• Government Housing Bank,
• and Islamic Bank of Thailand.

These five bank registration units will only accept eligibility review requests from existing State Welfare Card holders. However, those who have never received state assistance and are not in these databases should register for initial assistance with the Ministry of Social Development to receive further state aid.

What to do if you pass eligibility in the 2026 appeal round

• If you pass eligibility in the appeal round and have previously received state welfare benefits, you do not need to verify your identity (e-KYC) again, as the project has your existing data.

Delays beyond this date will result in benefits being granted only after verification.
