How to check eligibility results "State Welfare Card 2026" Available through 4 channels, with 9.51 million qualifying out of 18.82 million registrants
After the "Ministry of Finance" announced the eligibility results for the project "Registration for State Welfare 2026" for both existing cardholders and those who were previously excluded, who registered via the Ministry of Interior on 17 July 2026 through the project website, Paotang application, government applications, and registration units at five banks.
Meanwhile, the eligibility check results for the 2026 State Welfare registration project showed 9.51 million qualified from 18.82 million registrants.
1. Present your ID card to the staff
2. Insert your card into the EDC machine
3. If verification is successful, a message will display: "Identity confirmed successfully. You can use your benefits as per the conditions."
1. Verify information via ThaiD or manually enter your ID number, date of birth, and captcha as shown.
2. The system will display eligibility results. Eligible users can proceed with identity verification (e-KYC) through designated channels.
1. Open the Paotang app, successfully register for the Paotang service linked to G Wallet, then go to the main page.
2. Access the main G Wallet page
3. Go to the service menu and select "State Welfare"
4. The screen will display registration results
1. Registered users log in via the Thang Rat app, then select "Services" and search for "Check State Welfare Registration Status"
2. The system will display the registration status and users can click on the results for more details.
1. Existing cardholders can start using their benefits from 1 August 2026 onward.
2. Newly qualified individuals must complete identity verification (e-KYC) via the Paotang app or at one of the five registration units before they can start using benefits from 1 October 2026 onward.
For those who do not qualify under the 2026 project, they can request a rights review from 17 to 31 July 2026 through the four main channels. After submitting a review, they must contact the eligibility verification unit to correct any data by 16 August 2026 and undergo the verification process again.
The results of the rights review will be announced on 21 September 2026 through the same four main channels. Approved individuals can start using benefits from 1 October 2026 onward.
