MHESI Opens Channel to Verify Student Status for Reviewing State Welfare Card Eligibility

MHESI has opened a contact channel to verify information "student status" to support eligibility review for the "State Welfare Card 2026" and advises those who have submitted information via email that they do not need to fill out the form again

After the Ministry of Finance announced the eligibility results for registrants confirming rights to the 2026 State Welfare Card project, covering both existing beneficiaries and those previously excluded, it was found that 9.51 million people qualified out of 18.82 million registrants. Those who did not qualify can request a rights review from 17 to 31 July 2026 through four main channels.

Meanwhile, the Facebook page of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation announced a contact channel "for requesting verification of rights data for the 2026 State Welfare Card project"

Those wishing to have the Office of the Permanent Secretary of MHESI verify their student status information for eligibility consideration can submit details via an online form athttps://s.uni.net.th/znjewayb6sorhttps://stdstatus.mhesi.go.th/

Upon receiving the data, the Office of the Permanent Secretary of MHESI will verify the information with higher education institutions and coordinate with the Ministry of Finance for eligibility consideration.rightsPlease await further announcements from the Ministry of Finance.
