The Meteorological Department issued its second bulletin warning provinces to prepare for heavy rain and revealed the path of the "Noeul" typhoon along its course.

It states that from 26 to 30 July 2026, Thailand will experience heavy rainfall in some areas and very heavy rain in parts of the eastern region and the west coast of the south. This is due to a monsoon trough passing through northern Thailand, Laos, and northern Vietnam, combined with a strengthening southwest monsoon over the Andaman Sea, Thailand, and the Gulf of Thailand. The public is warned to be cautious of heavy to very heavy rain and accumulated rainfall that may cause flash floods and landslides, especially in foothill areas near waterways and low-lying zones.
Winds and waves in the upper Andaman Sea are quite strong, with wave heights of 2-3 meters, and over 3 meters in areas experiencing thunderstorms. The upper Gulf of Thailand and lower Andaman Sea have wave heights around 2 meters, exceeding 2 meters during thunderstorms. Mariners in the Andaman Sea and Gulf of Thailand are advised to navigate carefully and avoid sailing in thunderstorm areas. Small boats in the upper Andaman Sea are advised to stay ashore during this period.

Additionally, Tropical Storm "Noeul" Located northeast of the Philippines, it is expected to move across the northern Philippines into the northern South China Sea today (24 Jul 2026 GMT+7) and is forecast to make landfall in Guangdong Province, China, between 25 and 26 July 2026. This storm will not enter Thailand. Travelers to these areas should check the weather conditions before traveling during these dates.
