A reporter stated that the websiteof the Metropolitan Waterworks AuthorityorMWAhas announced areas experiencing no or low water flow on 28 July 2026 due to water pipe maintenance, pipe joint cuts, pressure adjustments, and temporary stoppage for pump station and water plant improvements. Details are as follows.

Notification of water outage on 28 July 2026 at operational points (Bangkok area).

1. Ngamwongwan Road, work site in front of The Mall, under the pedestrian bridge (bus stop)

• On 28 July 2026 from 9:55 a.m. to 1:55 p.m., a pipe rupture occurred. Pipe size: 300 mm PVC.
• Affected area: Ngamwongwan Road, no water flow from Soi Ngamwongwan 22 up to the canal waterworks embankment, entire stretch.

2. Entrance of Soi Ram Inthra 65, Intersection 4

• From 28 July 2026 at 11:00 p.m. to 29 July 2026 at 3:00 a.m., a step test will be conducted on a 300 mm PVC pipe.
• Affected areas: Soi Ram Inthra 65 and Watcharaphon Road; Soi Ram Inthra 65 (even-numbered side), The Terrace Village, all side alleys of Soi Burusapat, Life Bangkok Boulevard Village, Chuan Chuen Village, Sukjai Village, Patio Village – Watcharaphon Road from Chuan Chuen Village intersection to Watcharaphon Five-Way Intersection (right side).
