This toll exemption follows government and Ministry of Transport policy as stipulated in the amended concession agreements between EXAT, Bangkok Expressway and Metro Public Company Limited (BEM), and North Expressway Company Limited (NECL), aimed at facilitating public travel during holidays, reducing travel expenses, and easing traffic congestion at toll plazas.
