Embassy Confirms All Belongings of Hlun Solo Intact, Actively Investigating the Facts

The Royal Thai Embassy in Ankara has received confirmation from local police that the belongings of "Hlun Solo" remain intact, and the embassy is fully pursuing all factual details.


After social media users shared posts widely, the elder brother announced a search for "Hlun Solo" the well-known solo backpacker YouTuber who often travels alone, was unreachable after traveling to Georgia to film content. His family last contacted him on 13 July 2026.

Recently, the elder brother posted confirmation that "Hlun Solo" had been found, but sadly it was confirmed that he had passed away forever, expressing gratitude for all the help received, which the family will never forget, as previously reported.(Elder brother confirms finding "Hlun Solo," sadly he has passed away forever)

Subsequently, the Royal Thai Embassy in Ankara posted a message on FacebookRoyal Thai Embassy, Ankarastating, "According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' notification regarding Mr. Bowornthat Pengsuk, or Hlun Solo, who lost contact with relatives while traveling to film content in Georgia,

embassy officials in Ankara are currently in Tbilisi, Georgia, and have met with local police. The embassy has informed Bowornthat's family of the latest status and will closely coordinate documentation with them. Tomorrow, a meeting is scheduled with the Georgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs to coordinate and expedite the investigation of all facts."


Furthermore, the Royal Thai Embassy in Ankara posted, "Additional information on Mr. Bowornthat Pengsuk, or Hlun Solo: embassy officials have received confirmation from local police that his belongings remain complete. The embassy will thoroughly follow up on all facts without neglecting any related aspects.

We request all parties to respect the family's privacy according to their wishes and ongoing procedures. The embassy will continue close coordination with the family. We also thank all Thai nationals in Georgia who have provided valuable information and cooperated with the embassy."
