On 4 August 2026, the Gold Traders Association reported that at the first session at 9:00 AM, prices rose by 150 baht, resulting in "gold bar prices" buying at 64,000 baht per baht-weight and selling at 64,200 baht per baht-weight, while "decorated gold prices" buy at 62,716.92 baht and sell at 65,000 baht per baht-weight. Gold price for 1 baht based on gold weights as follows: 1 baht gold bar weighs 15.244 grams and 1 baht decorated gold weighs 15.16 grams.
Gold price for 2 salueng or 50 satang gold, buying and selling prices are based on gold weights as follows: 2 salueng gold bar weighs 7.622 grams and 2 salueng decorated gold weighs 7.58 grams.
Gold price for 1 salueng buying and selling prices based on gold weights as follows: 1 salueng gold bar weighs 3.812 grams and decorated gold weighs 3.79 grams.
Gold price for half salueng buying and selling prices based on gold weights as follows: half salueng gold bar weighs 1.905 grams and decorated gold weighs 1.89 grams.

However, reporters noted that as of 11:30 AM after market opening, the Gold Traders Association reported four price changes. The latest at 11:27 AM showed "gold bars" buying at 64,050 baht and selling at 64,250 baht per baht-weight, while "decorated gold" bought at 62,762.40 baht and sold at 65,050 baht.
