Latest update "State Welfare Card 2026" Over 4 million people have applied for rights review, with a reminder to those whose eligibility check results were "not approved" to promptly take action by 31 August 2026.
On 5 August 2026, it was reported that the registration status for the State Welfare Program 2026, as of 4 August 2026, shows eligible individuals who must complete identity verification (e-KYC) can do so until 12 January 2027 through two channels.
Currently, 2,205,575 people have successfully completed identity verification.
For those whose eligibility check result is "not approved" and wish to request a rights review, they must do so by 31 August 2026 via four channels:
So far, 4,116,346 people have applied for rights review.
However, for information corrections, individuals can visit eligibility verification units or seek assistance at One Stop Service (OSS) centers, local administrative organizations, and government offices in their area under the Ministry of Interior, by 20 September 2026.
